  1. i like this better than the hourly assessment of productivity. i'm thinking, however, you may want to put a few more things for 3/16 - like celebrate your eldest's birthday :) It takes time and energy to plan for and make celebrations. Don't cut yourself short - that's work as well.

  2. You know what may also be good to have?! Do another column, where you self identify any big procrastination you had, so you can see how much you did in comparison with what you did during the time you should have been doing other stuff. For example, for me it would be "done - pay bills, sew Kent's pants, sign up Z for camps/ wasted time: played computer balls for 1/2 hour, checked facebook 10x in one day instead of once in the am and once in pm)

  3. looking good, but what happened to yesterday. Unless it took you 8 hours to hem Ellis' pants, it doesn't add up to a day of progress or lack there of. (unless that hour on ebay really turned into 7 hours on ebay) you can put stuff you did that wasn't on the original "to do" list - ie laundry, etc. But, if you're doing this, it's definitely good to keep a rough accounting of what your day hours go to, even if it's just "sleeping to catch up on lack there of" Remember, if I'm nagging you, it's because you asked me to :)

  5. set your alarm for three times each day. with each alarm, check in on this site, what you've done or what you did that you shouldn't do. no more than 5 minutes. then take 5 minutes to do one yoga pose - downward facing do - count to 30 to hold it. Only 5 minutes x3 times a day and you'll feel better even if nothing else gets done, because you will realize you are getting yourself on a schedule. half the trouble of getting stuff done is getting down a routine with the "good" things. Keep it going!
